Shipping Delays & Return Timing
While we make every effort to ensure orders ship promptly and arrive within estimated timeframes, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, peak seasonal volume, or broader supply chain disruptions.

In the event of a shipping delay, return eligibility timelines will be evaluated based on the confirmed delivery date, not the original estimated delivery window. We will always work with you in good faith to ensure you are treated fairly should delays occur.
