California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act exists to help consumers understand the efforts companies take to prevent human trafficking and forced labor within their supply chains.

Although Aruva Living (“Aruva,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is not currently required to make this disclosure based on statutory revenue thresholds, we believe transparency and responsibility should not be driven by company size. We therefore provide this voluntary statement as part of our commitment to ethical sourcing.

Our Supplier Standards
Aruva seeks to work only with suppliers who operate responsibly and in compliance with applicable labor laws. We expect that all partners involved in the creation of our products uphold safe, lawful, and humane working conditions.

Verification & Oversight
We evaluate our suppliers using available risk-based information related to geography, industry practices, and business standards. If concerns arise, we reserve the right to investigate further and take appropriate action.

Supplier Certification
We require our suppliers to represent that materials used in the production of Aruva products comply with all applicable laws regarding slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking.

Accountability
Aruva maintains internal standards for employees and partners involved in supply chain decisions. Failure to meet these expectations may result in corrective action, including termination of business relationships where appropriate.

Training
At this time, Aruva does not operate formal training programs related to slavery and human trafficking. As our operations evolve, we intend to expand our education and compliance efforts.
